FAQ
How do I check vehicle fitment?
Match the make, model, model year, engine, installation position and original part number. A similar appearance or model name alone does not confirm compatibility. If the information differs, ask for a fitment check before ordering.
What does an OEM reference mean?
OEM references are used to identify compatible replacement parts. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, they do not mean the product is made, endorsed or supplied by the vehicle manufacturer.
Which measurements should I compare?
Compare dimensions in centimetres or millimetres, connector shape, mounting holes, voltage, thread size and left or right orientation as applicable. Left and right are described from the seated driver’s perspective.
Can I install the part myself?
Use a qualified technician for safety-critical or electrical work. Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s repair procedure. Stop using a vehicle if a suspected defect affects safe operation.
Where can I find shipping costs and delivery estimates?
Available services, delivery estimates and charges must be shown for your destination before payment. Customs clearance and local delivery can affect transit times. Do not place an order if delivery terms are missing.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the item, label and damage. Contact support with your order number and the relevant details. Do not install a visibly damaged or incompatible part.
Will I receive marketing emails?
Marketing subscriptions should be optional and separate from order updates. Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email to withdraw your subscription.
